Shipping
We ship to most addresses in QLD . NSW, ACT , VIC, TAS. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to some destinations. We do not Deliver or Ship Frozen products.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. Our prices are listed on our home page and we reserve the right to update our prices at any time.
Shipping times can vary between next day for local deliveries or anywhere between 3-5 days for Greater Brisbane Deliveries and 5-12 days for items shipped interstate by courier.

LOCAL DELIVERIES - ALLOW UP TO 2 WORKING DAYS FOR DELIVERIES . LOCAL DELIVERY SUBURBS INCL DECEPTION BAY, ROTHWELL, MANGO HILL, NORTH LAKES, KALLANGUR, GRIFFIN, BURPENGARY, NARANGBA, REDCLIFFE, KIPPA RING, NEWPORT, SCARBOROUGH,, MARGATE, CLONTARF , WOODY POINT. All other suburbs we use Courier services . WE DO NOT DELIVER ON WEEKENDS
There can also be expected delays during COVID that are out of our control due to demands on Courier services which can extend delivery times
**I understand and agree that Delivery times can vary pending Courier services to your Delivery Location and that delays can occur due to reasons out of the control of JD Pinoy.
**JD Pinoy does not refund orders due to later than normal delivery times - but will refund if an order has been lost in transit by the Courier service after investigation by SENDLE is completed.
** When Purchasing larger quantities - I understand that some items will have shorter than normal Best Before Dates. JD Pinoy will not supply items with less than 1 month Expiry otherwise it is the responsibility of the customer when purchasing in larger than normal quantities.
Packaging and postage is an additional charge, calculated at the time of purchase.
When you order from us, we require you to provide your name, address for Delivery, your email address, telephone contact and credit card details. .
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping costs prior to Checkout.
